For email and text messaging, we also maintain subscription preferences and records of your consent and opt-out requests.

We use your mobile number for text communications when you have opted in. Providing a phone number for another purpose does not by itself enroll you in our text program.

Unsubscribing from promotional emails does not prevent us from sending necessary communications about an existing registration, donation, or request, such as confirmations, receipts, or responses to your questions. Email and text subscriptions are managed separately: an email unsubscribe does not opt you out of text messages, and replying STOP to a text does not unsubscribe you from emails.

Text messaging and your choices

If you opt in, Eternal Heiress may send prayer and ministry updates, event announcements, registration reminders, and responses to your inquiries. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messages or HELP for assistance. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message. To receive messages again, you must opt in again. Consent to text messages is not a condition of making a donation or purchase.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you provided, contact us at the address below. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information required for legal, accounting, security, or opt-out purposes.

Retention and security

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including recordkeeping and legal obligations. Consent and suppression records may be retained to document your choices and prevent unwanted messages. No method of online transmission or storage is completely secure; please avoid sending sensitive personal details in ordinary email or text messages.

Donations and other websites

Our website links to donation, social media, and other third-party services. Information you provide directly to those services is also governed by their own privacy policies.
