These terms describe the use of the Eternal Heiress website, email communications, and text messaging program. These services are operated by Eternal Heiress (“Eternal Heiress,” “we,” or “us”).
Email newsletters and updates
When you subscribe to email updates, you may receive newsletters, prayer and ministry updates, resources, event announcements, and opportunities to participate or support our work. Email frequency varies based on the updates you request and our activities. Provide an email address you own or are authorized to use. Email subscription does not by itself constitute consent to text messages.
Use the unsubscribe link in a newsletter or promotional email to stop those emails. You may still receive necessary communications about an existing registration, donation, or request, such as confirmations, receipts, and replies to your questions. Email and text preferences are separate: unsubscribing from one does not unsubscribe you from the other. For email assistance, use the contact instructions in the email or write to the mailing address below. STOP and HELP are text-message commands, not email unsubscribe instructions.
Our text messaging program
When you opt in to Eternal Heiress text messages, you may receive prayer and ministry updates, event announcements, registration reminders, and responses to your inquiries. Messages may be delivered using automated technology through our messaging provider, Gloo. Message frequency varies based on your subscriptions, events, and interactions with us.
Your consent
Text messaging is voluntary. You must opt in before receiving subscription messages, and you should provide only a mobile number you own or are authorized to use. Giving us a number for event registration or another purpose does not by itself constitute consent to subscription texts. Consent is not a condition of a donation or purchase.
Message costs and delivery
Message and data rates may apply under your mobile carrier’s plan. Contact your carrier for details. Delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any text from Eternal Heiress to unsubscribe. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. After that, subscription messages will stop unless you opt in again. If you change or give up your number, please opt out first to help prevent messages being sent to its next owner.

Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains the information we collect and how we use it. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Providers may process information as needed to deliver messages on our behalf.
